Generally spine and cover in good condition with possibly some show of slight wear and minor flaws. Minimal fading or light stains, edges possibly slightly soiled or worn. Possible slight marking on cover. Mailing label is also acceptable if it does not affect covers subject.
Magazine still collectible but begins to look rough and worn. Creasing, frayed, or worn edges are also present. Very few loose or missing pages or torn pages are acceptable as fair condition. Pages that have aged brown, stains, or are soiled would also be candidates for the fair rating.
